While our roots are in wood carpentry, over the years we've expanded our services to offer metal options. These structures are typically less customizable, but more affordable and often the superior choice when low maintenance, cost or high winds are a deciding factor.

We have a special focus on metal products, particularly our collaboration with 4K Aluminum, a Las Vegas-based brand. 4K Aluminum offers powder-coated, aircraft-grade aluminum tubing that is perfect for constructing free-standing pergolas. The final result is a sleek and unparalleled product that outshines any other in the market.

  • Steel Carports - Post & Purlin Style

Our Post & Purlin style steel carports are made of thick gauge galvanized steel material. The sheet metal roof decking varies between 22g to 26g, depending on the span. These carports are versatile and can be customized to fit both residential and commercial needs.

  • Tubular Steel Carports

If you're searching for the most affordable carport option, a tubular structure is likely the best choice. Although there are numerous manufacturers of these carports, we have chosen to exclusively use the VersaTube brand after comparing various brands in the market. The framework is made of thick galvanized steel, and the welds and connections have yet to fail us. These carports are highly customizable in terms of size and height, but the frequent vertical supports are a drawback to consider.

  • RV Carports

When building at clear heights of 15' plus, increased wind loads & difficulty of install are something to seriously be considered. If you are looking to install a shade structure to protect your RV or fifth wheel; we have options for you. While we can build these in a Post & Purlin style; Tubular is often the superior choice for these structures, especially if cost is a driving factor.
